Transcripts
All transcript requests must be made in writing, and they must be signed. The Registrar's Office recommends that you use the official Transcript Request Form (pdf).
If you wish to submit a written request, please provide the following information:
- Full name
- Former name (if different from your current name)
- Social security number
- Dates you attended Trinity
- Names and addresses where you wish the transcripts to be mailed
- Your signature
- Payment by check or credit card information

If faxing a request, you will need to include a credit card number. Please feel free to call us at 202-884-9200.
Unofficial student copies of transcripts may only be requested in person and cannot be mailed. They are intended solely for the student's personal use.
Payment must be included with your transcript request. We accept checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard or Discover in our office. If you wish to pay in cash, please pay at the Business Office, Main 114, and bring your receipt to the Office of the Registrar with your Transcript Request form.
- Official transcript - $5.00 per copy
- Rush official transcript - $15.00
($5.00 transcript fee plus $10.00 expedited charge)
Standard transcript orders will be mailed between three to five business days from the time we receive the request and payment. If you attended prior to 1980, please allow ten business days.
Rush orders are mailed within one business day of receiving the request and payment. You may request a rush transcript in person as well. Average processing time is 10- 15 minutes.
All transcripts are mailed standard US mail.
