President's Blog: Adirondack Chronicles, Part XXIII
The sun came out for a few brief moments tonight in the north country! This very fine rainbow appeared over Simonds Pond near Tupper Lake (see above). Last night's sunset over Owl's Head mountain at Long Lake was also excellent:
Rainy days have also made the mountain streams more vibrant:
And the loons, it seems, have never been happier:
