President Patricia McGuire Interviewed on NPR's
"Public Interest" Program on Tuesday, August 20, 2002
These days, students come to
college armed with laptops, cell phones and PDAs. So where do
books fit into the equation? This program takes a look at the
evolving role of university libraries, whether electronic archives
will be there when students need them, and how new technology
affects learning. This program was broadcast to 40 public radio
stations nationwide and on the Internet.
