Director of Student Records and Research

Trinity Washington University in Washington, D.C. has an immediate opening for the Director of Student Records and Research (Registrar).  Within the Office of Enrollment Services, the Director of Student Records and Research manages student records and registration functions as well as key elements of Trinity’s student information system and handles regular administrative reports and institutional survey responses. 

This position requires a master’s degree or equivalent supervisory-level work experience, three to five years of experience in student records, and experience working with an integrated student information system and in creating reports.

Other qualifications include:
• A demonstrated ability to establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with diverse publics and across all levels of an institution
• Thorough knowledge of federal and state laws and mandates related to enrollment and student records with an understanding of institutional compliance responsibilities
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
