Alumnae Hall Dining Menu

Friday, November 20

Breakfast 7:30 AM - 9 AM

Lunch 11:30 AM - 2 PM:  Minestrone Soup, Pollock with Crumb Topping, Couscous, Brussels Sprouts, Top Round of Beef with Red Wine Gravy, Baked Sweet Potatoes, Vegetable Lasagna, Dinner Rolls

Action Station at Lunch:  Shrimp and Grits

Dinner 5 PM - 6:30 PM:  Fried Catfish, Macaroni and Cheese, Roasted Spicy Chicken Legs, Scalloped Potatoes, Steamed Green Beans

Action Station at Dinner:  Chicken Pot Pie with Biscuit

Saturday, November 21

Brunch:  Scrambled Eggs, Sausage, French Toast, Potato Patties, Meatloaf with Gravy, Collard Greens, Corn on the Cob

Dinner:  Asian Marinated Chicken Wings, Vegetable Fried Rice, Sugar Snap Peas, Sloppy Joe on Bun, Pasta Salad

Sunday, November 22

Brunch:  Scrambled Eggs, Bacon, Pancakes, Hash Browns, Turkey Tacos with Toppings, Mexican Rice, Steamed Green Beans

Dinner: Chicken Tenders, Potato Salad, Cole Slaw, Spaghetti with Meatballs, Steamed Broccoli, Dinner Rolls

 

Alumnae Hall Dining will be closed Wednesday, November 25 through Saturday, November 28.  Alumnae Hall will reopen at 5 PM for dinner on Sunday, November 29.  The Deli will be closed Wednesday, November 25 through Sunday, November 29.  The Deli will reopen on Monday, November 30 at 8 AM.
