Did you know?

You must have an official payment arrangement before the start of classes each semester. You should contact the Office of Enrollment Services when you register each semester to do your payment arrangement.

Payment Information

Students are responsible for arranging the payment of tuition and fees prior to the beginning of each semester. Today more than ever before, investing in a college education requires planning. Trinity recognizes this and is prepared to assist students and their families in making college affordable through financial planning, counseling, and installment payment plans.

All balances must be paid in full or satisfactory arrangements for future payment must be made before starting class each semester.  Please refer to the Financial Aid section of the Academic Catalog  and contact the Office of Enrollment Services at (202) 884-9530 as early as possible to discuss tuition planning.

Direct Payment

Checks should be made payable to Trinity and sent to the Business Office, 125 Michigan Avenue NE, Washington, DC 20017.   Trinity also accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards.  There is a $30 additional charge if payment is made by credit card in two installments.  Credit card payments may be made online in Self-Sevice or by phone by calling the Business Office at (202) 884-9527.

Results of Non-Payment

Trinity will take necessary steps to collect amounts not paid and may refuse to permit a student to take exams, to receive a diploma or transcript, or to register for subsequent courses until all bills are paid. Any costs of collection, including interest, collection fees, and legal fees, become the responsibility of the student.
