College Goal Sunday: February 10

Trinity will host College Goal Sunday on February 10, from  2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., to assist all college-bound students in the Washington area as they complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) — the form required by colleges and universities to qualify for scholarships, grants and loans.  Trinity staff will be available in Main Hall on the campus to provide free assistance as the students complete the FAFSA online; students do not need to apply to Trinity to take advantage of this free service. Cathie BlackTrinity is hosting a book signing and reception for Trinity graduate and Hearst Magazines President Cathie Black ’66 to celebrate the publication of her new book, Basic Black: The Essential Guide for Getting Ahead at Work (and in Life), on Wednesday, January 23, 2008, 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in Social Hall. Currently enrolled Trinity students who attend the event will receive one free copy of the book. Be sure to bring your Trinity student ID. Full Article
