Basketball Coach Gary Blake Named AWCC Coach of the Year
Trinity coach Gary Blake was named Atlantic Women's College Conference Coach of the Year for basketball.
Blake was recognized by his peers for having made tremendous strides with the Trinity basketball program and for his overall contribution to the sport. He joins Coach Elizabeth Schreiner who earned the AWCC Coach of the Year for volleyball last fall.
In addition, Trinity senior Lauren Hall was named to the All-AWCC First Team for basketball. Hall was second in scoring in the conference averaging 16.4 points per game.
Trinity student Ashley West was named to the All-AWCC Second Team.
