Tigers Score Winning Season!

Trinity's basketball team was fast on its feet this year, bringing home a 12-11 winning season, with several very close games in the loss column. The team finished third out of eight in the Atlantic Women's College Conference.

Eleven new players joined the team this year as freshman, and several "veterans" returned to the team.

Freshman Cathy Carles (at right), starting point guard of Miami, Florida, led the team in assists and steals per game, and scored 93 two-point baskets. The team is eagerly preparing for another winning season in 2002-2003 - when they will be playing in the new Trinity Center for Women and Girls in Sports.
