Congratulations!
According to the Registrar's Office, you have applied to participate in the Spring 2004 Commencement Ceremony on Sunday, May 23, 2004. Commencement marks the completion of the requirements for your degree program as well as the beginning of the next phase of your life! I am writing to provide you with as much information as possible to make this a memorable time for you.
Enclosed are materials designed to assist you in attending to Commencement-related matters. Included in this packet you'll find:
Many people on Trinity's staff and faculty are working diligently to ensure that graduation time is enjoyable for you and your family. Their efforts will be enhanced by your cooperation in adhering to dates and deadlines concerning commencement. To that end, please note the times for all commencement events and plan to arrive on time (or even early if you are able).
Academic Regalia may be purchased April 6th and 7th in Main Hall Basement from 1 PM -- 7 PM and April 19 -- May 21 in Main 125 (Dean of Student Services Office) Mondays -- Fridays 9 AM -- 7 PM and on Saturdays 10 AM -- 2 PM.
Prices:
Undergraduate: Cap, Gown and Tassel - $20 Hood - $16
Graduate: Cap, Gown and Tassel - $22 Hood - $18.75
Beginning the week of April 19th, a set of 10 complimentary Commencement Announcements will be available in the Dean of Students Office, Main 125. Additional announcements may be purchased at $1.00 per announcement.
Please note that if you are taking classes elsewhere to complete your degree requirements in May 2004, all official transcripts must be in the Registrar's Office no later than May 7, 2004. It is recommended that you contact the Registrar's office if you are in this situation. The Registrar's Office also requests that if you are not planning to participate in the ceremony, please notify them so that arrangements can be made for you to receive your diploma.
