Phi Beta Kappa Ceremony and Reception
Saturday, May 21, 2005 at 3:00 p.m., Trinity Center, upper level

Everyone is invited to attend this ceremony which will welcome the new members into this prestigious honor society.

Baccalaureate Mass
Saturday, May 21, 2005 at 5:00 p.m., Notre Dame Chapel

Graduates will be processing in their caps and gowns. Trinity alumnae who have relatives who are graduating in May 2005 and participating in Baccalaureate Mass are invited to process in academic regalia. If you plan to process in regalia at Baccalaureate Mass, please contact the Alumnae Office at 202/884-9700 (M-377).

President’s Reception following Mass on Saturday, May 21, 2005 at 6:00 p.m. on the Main Lawn: The rain location will be the Rose and Board Parlors.

Commencement!
Sunday, May 22, 2005 at 11:00 a.m., Library Terrace

Guests are asked to arrive by 10:00 a.m. to allow time for parking and seating before the procession, which begins promptly at 10:50 a.m.

In the event of rain, Trinity will hold two ceremonies in the Trinity Center for Women and Girls in Sports:

  • 11:00 a.m.: College of Arts and Sciences, School of Professional Studies
     
  • 1:00 p.m.: School of Education

Seating is limited and rain tickets will be required. All graduates are issued a limited number of rain tickets. Graduates are encouraged to pick up rain tickets from the Dean of Student Services Office, make arrangements to give your rain tickets to your guests before Commencement, and to determine who will use them. Call Trinity’s Weather Information Line, 202/884-9009, for a decision regarding the weather the day of Commencement.
