DC Mayoral Candidate Forums

Series Gives Trinity Students, Faculty and Staff Opportunity to Meet Contenders

The College Democrats, a student organization at Trinity, is hosting a series of Candidate’s Forums for contenders for the Mayor of DC.

Councilmember Vincent Orange (D-Ward 5) was the first Mayoral Candidate to visit Trinity’s campus on October 13, followed by Michael Brown on October 18, Marie Johns on October 31, and DC Council Chair Linda Cropp on November 3. Each candidate spoke to their views on current issues facing the DC government, and answered questions from students and faculty.

The Trinity community is invited to attend the upcoming Mayoral Candidate forum:

  • Thursday, November 17, Noon – 1:00 pm
DC Ward 4 Councilmember Adrian Fenty,
    O'Connor Auditorium

All mayoral candidates are being invited to speak. Watch the calendar for future forums.
