More than 200 Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur, Trinity students, alumnae, faculty and staff gathered on Trinity’s campus for a weekend-long symposium, Educating Women and Girls Worldwide: The Global Challenge and the Legacy of St. Julie Billiart. The symposium, held September 10 – 12, and presented by the Trinity Institute for Women's Leadership, celebrated 200 years of the Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur, the order that founded Trinity in 1897.

Remarks and keynote addresses will be posted on the Trinity web site soon. Please check back to read the speeches.

The symposium was kicked off by the announcement that Trinity College is now Trinity. Click here for photos from the official announcement, and to read more about Trinity.
