Pi Sigma Alpha PhotoApril 14, 2004: Six students were inducted into Trinity College's Chapter of Pi Sigma Alpha as full members, eleven were inducted as associate members, and Aimee Dolaway Olivo '99 was inducted as the Chapter's fifth honorary member. Pi Sigma Alpha is the national political science honor society.

The six new full members inducted into Pi Sigma Alpha met the requirements for membership: Have at least junior standing, at least 18 total credit hours of political science, including a 400 level course, and at least a 3.0 overall GPA and a 3.0 in all political science courses taken at Trinity.

Honorary Member: Aimee Dolaway Olivo 1999

Dr. Ira Reed, Professor of Political Science, introduced the new members. Aimee Olivo reflected on how her political science background shaped her career choices since she graduated from Trinity in 1999. She started in political fundraising, leading to her current position in higher education fundraising at Marymount University.
