September 11: Trinity Remembers

Trinity College observed September 11 with a series of prayer services, reflections, academic lectures, and discussions. A candlelight vigil and service was held to commemorate those who lost their lives on September 11, and to encourage the community to move forward in peace.

The Trinity community gathers for a morning of prayer and reflection.
Small groups gather to discuss various issues and personal perspectives on September 11 and the proceeding events.
Dr. Bob Maguire and Dr. Gillian Clissold give talks on issues related to the impact of September 11 on the role of the U.S. internationally.
Dr. Sharon Shafer has created a special arrangement of "My Lord, What a Morning!" to reflect on the day.
The Trinity community gathers in front of the flag for a candlelight vigil.
Dr. Lenora Peters-Gant speaks on September 11 and the Intelligence Community.
