How do I self-enroll or use an enrollment key for a resource course? [Moodle version 3.2]

August 18, 2017 - There are some resource courses in Moodle which have self-enrollment enabled. This way, if you have the enrollment key, you can manually add yourself to the course. August 14, 2015 - As a University, Trinity requires that all faculty do the following in Moodle: Post your syllabus as a file resource on the main page of your course with the word ‘Syllabus’ in the name. July 13, 2015 - “Enrollment Verification” is a report required for financial aid from the Federal government. This report allows Trinity to be able to verify students’ attendance and, subsequently, disburse the appropriate financial aid to the students. As you know from working with your deans and from other University communications, submitting “Enrollment Verification” is mandatory.  This process, which depends on your role as faculty colleagues, allows us to continue to offer the financial aid opportunities to our students that we do. How do I add a user to a resource course? [Moodle version 3.2]

August 26, 2013 - The administrator for a resource course should have the role of ‘Developer.’  This allows you to enroll users with ‘Teacher’-level permissions. If you have a role of ‘Teacher’ in the resource course, you can still add users, but you can only enroll them with Student, Guest Teacher, Guest Participant, Observer, or Non-Editing Teacher permissions. August 23, 2013 - As a Teacher for a course, you can now provide any Moodle user access to your course as a Guest Teacher (ability to import and reuse resources) as well as a Non-editing Teacher (course viewing privileges only).
