Notre Dame Chapel InteriorStart your new year with festive brass! Trinity is proud to host a very special chamber concert on Sunday, January 11, 2015, at 2:00 pm, in Notre Dame Chapel, featuring ensembles from the National Symphony Orchestra and the Duke Ellington School of the Arts.

The concert is part of the National Symphony Orchestra’s “2015 NSO In Your Neighborhood”, a week-long series of concerts in a variety of venues from Brookland to NoMa. NSO musicians David Murray, trombone; Matthew Guilford, bass trombone; and Stephen Dumaine, tuba; will perform a chamber concert with guest trombonist Peter Ellefson. The concert will include a collaboration with a brass group from the Duke Ellington School of the Arts.

This is a wonderful opportunity to listen to great music while seeing the beautiful interior of one of Washington’s architectural gems, Trinity’s Notre Dame Chapel.

This concert is free and open to the public and families are welcome.
