National Book Festival: Saturday, Aug. 30, Free! Amazing Authors!

August 6, 2014 - Mark your calendar for an amazing, free event: The 14th annual Library of Congress National Book Festival will be held at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center on Saturday, August 30, from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. The event is free and open to the public, and there’s a terrific line-up of authors and events. It’s a month earlier than usual and has moved from the National Mall to the Convention Center (read: Air conditioned splendor in August!).
