Outlook Anywhere

Outlook Anywhere is a service that allows Trinity faculty and staff to access their email using an Outlook email client on a personal computer without going through Secure Access VPN.

To get started, select your version of Outlook below. Don’t have Outlook? Faculty and staff can purchase Microsoft Outlook for Windows or Mac at discounted prices through our Software Purchasing Portal.

Technology Services does not support Microsoft Office products on personally owned computers. This service is provided as-is for the convenience of faculty and staff.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Which versions of Outlook are supported?
To date, we have only tested Outlook 2010 for Windows and Outlook 2011 for Mac OS X. Outlook 2007 and above should work, with only minor differences in instruction.

Q: Is the Entourage email client for Macs compatible?
The Entourage email client is not supported. We recommend upgrading to Mac Office 2011, which comes with Outlook 2011.
