Getting Started with Campus Television: IPTV
What is IPTV?
Trinity’s IPTV system allows students to watch DirecTV programming over the network connection in their dorm room. IPTV is a free service to students who can choose to watch IPTV on their computer (click ‘Tune In’ below), or using a television set.
Students choosing to watch on a television will need to get a free set-top box, available from Student Services. Set-top boxes must be returned in good condition at the end of each school year.
Faculty, staff and students can also stream IPTV onto a computer by launching the IPTV applet.
