In this session, participants will:

  • Define harassment
  • Identify the types of harassment
  • Identify behaviors that may be interpreted as harassment in the workplace or classroom
  • Cite State and Federal laws that prohibit harassment and retaliation
  • Cite Trinity’s policy regarding harassment and prevention
  • Identify strategies to prevent harassment
  • Respond to and report harassment according to policy
