This session is required once per calendar year.

In this session, participants will:

  • Define harassment and sexual misconduct
  • Identify appropriate and inapproprate workplace/classroom behavior
  • Identify ways to prevent harassment in the workplace/classroom
  • Discuss laws and regulations governing all types of harassment and sexual misconduct
  • Review Trinity‚Äôs policy regarding harassment prevention
  • Review the proper response to a harassment or sexual misconduct claim
  • View the DVD, Lines of Reasoning: Perspectives on Harassment in Higher Education
