The Alumnae Affairs office manages the relationships of alumnae and alumni through events, email, website, mailings, phone calls and publications. The Alumnae Affairs Office can be a fun place to work and learn. Our work environment is one that fosters learning and professional growth. We are currently looking for a person who is hard working, detail-oriented, punctual, professional and is able to work with minimal supervision.
The Work-Study student works with staff by assisting with administrative duties and other assigned projects.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist the Alumnae Affairs staff as needed
- Manage and archive items in cabinets
- Work on reunion items: mailings, name badges, table signs, Registration pre-work
- Answer phones/photocopying
- Research alumnae and alumni via Google and LinkedIn
- Other assigned projects
We will work with your schedule as this position is for only ten hours a week.
Work will be performed in an office setting, with minimum physical abilities needed. However, occasionally lifting up 25 pounds may be required.
