Student Records Coordinator

 
 

Trinity Washington University in Washington, D.C. has an immediate opening for a Student Records Coordinator.  Under the supervision of the Associate Director and Director for Student Records, this position is responsible for maintaining student enrollment and registration records in the Office of Enrollment Services.  This includes processing transcript requests, maintaining and organizing files in the archives, and coordinating the transfer of records from the admissions office.  Responsibilities also include providing general information about registration, payment and financial aid to students in a “one stop shop” environment.

This entry-level position requires customer service and record-keeping experience and familiarity with Microsoft Office products.  The ideal candidate will be an organized self-starter familiar with the higher education setting. Excellent interpersonal and writing skills are essential. Training will be provided.
