Math Computer Lab (Room 242)
Session I 12:00 – 2:30 pm
Session II 3:00 – 5:30 pm
Session III 6:00 – 8:30 pm
Session IV 1:30 – 4:00 pm
Session V 4:30 – 7:00 pm
Description: Students are to log into their MyMathLab and work on assigned homework exercises or study plan exercises.
Math faculty member and student work studies are to move freely around the room from student to student answering individual questions and tutoring one-on-one on particular problems from each student’s own MyMathLab.
Goals: Students are to complete MyMathLab assignments for which they are struggling with and then to use the “similar exercise” function of MyMathLab to improve their overall score.
Requirements for Room: One of the computer labs (Main 238 or 242) or the ETLI Lab in the basement of the Library.
Criteria for Student Work Study: Successful completion of Math 102 or higher (or placement test score) and a recommendation of math faculty.
