Requesting your transcripts online is faster, easier and much more efficient than paper requests. You can request both Official and Unofficial copies via Self Service!
Recent Graduates: may use Self-Service as well if you have a Self-Service login ID, or you may complete the paper transcript request form found below.
All transcript requests made in writing must be signed. If you wish to submit a written request please use the official Transcript Request Form.
Please provide the following information:
- Full name
- Former name (if different from your current name)
- Social security number
- Date of birth
- Dates you attended Trinity
- Names and addresses where you wish the transcripts to be mailed
- Your contact information (in case we have questions)
- Your signature

You may request unofficial transcripts, for informal review of your own records, or official transcripts which will be sealed in an envelope bearing the stamp “Official transcript in sealed envelope. Void if seal is broken.”
Please note: All transcripts are mailed via USPS first-class mail unless designated for an in-office pick-up. If multiple official copies are ordered, each transcript will be sealed in its own envelope. We cannot release your transcripts if there is a financial hold on your student account.
