Classroom assignments are made by the Enrollment Services Office prior to each semester, and are adjusted, only in extenuating circumstances, prior to the beginning of each semester. Classroom assignments are viewable on Self-Service.
Classroom assignments are made according to the following criteria (in general order of importance):
Specialized equipment or facilities requested
Individual faculty requests
Overall needs of the University
Ad Hoc Classroom Requests
To request the use of a classroom for a one-time event or a temporary basis, i.e. for meetings, interviews, etc. please utilize the web-based Ad Hoc Classroom Request on our site. If you are teaching a course that is not assigned to a SMARTroom or a computer lab, but you would like to use such a room for a couple of your course meetings, please use this form.
