Ray Adomaitis, Ph.D., wins 2009 C. Harold McCully Counselor Educator Award

September 2, 2010 - Winner of the 2009 C. Harold McCully Counselor Educator Award:  Ray Adomaitis, Ph.D., Chair of Counseling program Dr. Ray Adomaitis has been selected as the 2009 recipient of the C. Harold McCully Counselor Educator Recognition Award presented at the 44th Annual Conference of the District of Columbia Counseling Association.  During the conference, Dr. Adomaitis sat on the Crisis and Trauma Counseling panel.  Selected students from Trinity’s Counseling Program also participated in the conference held in Washington, DC in March 2009. Conference Presenters – Dr. Cynthia Greer and Dr. Deborah Litt

October 9, 2008 - In the Spring semester 2008, Dr. Cynthia Greer and Dr. Deborah Litt gave a presentation to the National Association of Student Personnel Administrators (NASPA) conference held in Boston.  The publication for Women in Higher Education highlighted their participation in the conference.  Read the Women in Higher Education article on Transitions. Joanne Durham, Adjunct Professor of Education

September 22, 2008 - Our professors work in various capacities beyond the classroom and the college campus.  We are proud to highlight published materials that show our reach in the academic community.  In addition to her service as a supervisor of Elementary Reading/Language Arts for Prince George’s County Public Schools, Professor Durham teaches graduate level coursework in the School of Education here at Trinity University.  Read her poem published by the National Council of Teachers of English.
