Ways of Giving to Trinity

Online gifts to the Trinity Annual Fund will provide the most effective and immediate support of our everyday, critical needs. It is fast, convenient, and secure. You may make your annual gift all at once, or choose the easy and budget-conscious method of recurring giving. Our online giving site accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Become a Trinity Sustainer by committing to a regularly scheduled gift through your credit or debit card and budget a larger gift than you thought possible. Though our online giving link, you may choose to give a monthly, quarterly, or annually recurring gift. For as little as $10/month, you can provide Trinity with generous support on a budget. You are free to cancel this process at any time if you change your mind.

Checks and Money Orders should be made out to Trinity and mailed directly to:

Trinity Office of Development
125 Michigan Avenue, N.E.
Washington, DC 20017-1094

Tribute and Memorial Gifts are a unique and generous way of honoring someone on a special occasion such as a birthday or anniversary, or commemorating the life of a loved one. Tribute and memorial gifts can be made online or by mail. We will notify the honoree or family of your special gift.

Gifts of stocks and securities can help you to reduce capital gains taxes on the increase in value of your stock. In addition, you receive a tax deduction for the full fair market value of the stock on the date of the stock transfer.

Matching Gifts programs are an effective way to maximize your giving to Trinity. Many companies will match your gift to Trinity dollar for dollar, and some companies will triple your gift. Check with your company’s Human Resources department to find out if your employer matches charitable gifts. If so, obtain a matching gift form and send it to Trinity with your gift. Trinity will file for the match and let you know when it is received. (Retirees are also often eligible to have their donation matched, so check with your former employer.)
