Winter Graduation Checklist

To be sure that you are ready to enjoy the Winter Graduation on Friday, January 4, 2019, please review these steps.

• Completed the Application for Graduation and submitted it to the Enrollment Services office.
• Before Saturday, December 1: I have completed the Graduation Verification Checklist with my academic advisor.  I understand that I will not be able to graduate if I have not completed all of my credits and requirements.  I understand that all official transcripts for coursework completed outside of Trinity must be submitted to Enrollment Services by Saturday December 1, 2018.
• Before Saturday, December 1: I have paid all of my bills including any outstanding tuition payments, library fines, and parking fees, and I have settled any other financial obligations to Trinity.  I understand that I will not participate in Winter Graduation if I do not settle my bill before Saturday, December 1, 2018.
• Purchase my academic regalia at the Trinity Bookstore; sales begin on Tuesday, December 11, 2018, during regular hours and will continue to be available through January 4, 2019. (Note: NO items, including medals, sashes, cords, decorations, etc., may appear on any part of the regalia other than those approved by Trinity.)
  You will receive your hood at the Trinity Center when you arrive by 4:00 pm for the Winter Graduation ceremony.  Be sure to bring your receipt.
  • Bachelor’s Degrees (Undergraduate)
    Cap, Gown, Tassel and Hood: $63.00
    (Associate’s degree candidates do not purchase a hood)
  • Master’s Degrees (Graduate)
    Cap, Gown, Tassel and Hood: $68.00
• Completed and submitted my Winter Graduation Reservation Form by Wednesday, January 2, 2019.
• Completed the Graduation Survey.
• Received my 10 graduation announcements and Received my 10 guest tickets in my Graduation Packet.
• I understand that I must arrive at the Trinity Center no later than 4:00 pm on Friday, January 4, 2019, with my academic regalia.
• I have told my guests to arrive at the Trinity Center by 4:30 pm on Friday, January 4, 2019.
