Winter Graduation Checklist
To be sure that you are ready to enjoy the Winter Graduation on Tuesday, January 8, 2013, please review these steps.
- I have filled out the Application for Graduation and submitted it to the Enrollment Services office.
- Before December 3: I have completed the Graduation Verification Checklist with my academic advisor. I understand that I will not be able to graduate if I have not completed all of my credits and requirements. I understand that all official transcripts for coursework completed outside of Trinity must be submitted to Enrollment Services by Monday, December 3, 2012.
- Before December 1: I have paid all of my bills including any outstanding tuition payments, library fines, and parking fees, and I have settled any other financial obligations to Trinity. I understand that I will not participate in the Winter Graduation if I do not settle my bill before December 1, 2012.

- I have completed and submitted my Winter Graduation Reservation Form by Thursday, January 3, 2013.
- I have completed the Graduation Survey.
- I have purchased my academic regalia at the Bookstore; sales begin on Thursday, December 6, during regular hours. (Note: NO items, including medals, sashes, cords, decorations, etc., may appear on any part of the regalia other than those approved by Trinity.)
You will pick up your hood at the Trinity Center when you arrive by 4:00 pm for the December Graduation ceremony. Be sure to bring your receipt.
- Associate’s (Undergraduate) Degrees: Cap, Gown, Black Tassel – $29.98
- Bachelor’s (Undergraduate) Degrees: Cap, Gown, Black Tassel – $29.98, Hood – $21.98
- Master’s (Graduate) Degrees: Cap, Gown, Black Tassel – $31.98, Hood – $24.98
- I have received my 10 graduation announcements in the mail (they will be mailed the week of December 3.)
- I have received my 10 guest tickets in the mail (they will be mailed the week of December 3.)
- I understand that I must arrive at the Trinity Center no later than 4:00 pm on Tuesday, January 8, with my academic regalia.
- I have told my guests to arrive at the Trinity Center by 4:30 pm on Tuesday, January 8.
