Spring 2017 Commencement

Congratulations to all our graduates!

Trinity will celebrate Commencement on Saturday May 20, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. on the front lawn on Trinity’s campus.  Many diplomas will be awarded and more than 3,500 guests are expected to attend! Trinity encourages everyone’s cooperation to ensure a celebratory and successful Commencement ceremony.

D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser will receive an honorary degree and give the Commencement address. Learn more

Please read this information and be familiar with the checklist for graduation and the schedule.

Graduates: Please be sure to review the checklist and instructions, complete the online RSVP form and fill out the online Graduation Survey. You must arrive on campus no later than 9:00 a.m.

Guests: Please plan to arrive on campus by 10:00 a.m. Parking and seating are limited so it is important that you arrive early so that you are parked and seated before the Academic Procession begins promptly at 10:50 a.m.

Guests who arrive later may wait in front of the Chapel or Main Hall until the procession has cleared and Graduates are seated.
