The Office of Career Services and Experiential Learning is here to assist. Please use the form below to request an appointment. You will be contacted at the e-mail  or phone number indicated on this form to confirm the exact time and date of your appointment. Please be sure to provide the correct e-mail address and phone number.

**IMPORTANT NOTICE**
Submission of your request does not guarantee the actual day and time proposed. Appointments are subject to availability and are scheduled on a first come, first served basis. Once your appointment has been scheduled, you will be contacted and will receive confirmation of your request by e-mail or phone. Please do not assume you have an appointment until you’ve receive your confirmation.

Due to an increase in the number of requested appointments, please allow us at least 48-72 hours to respond to your request. In the event this time period has passed, and you have not heard from us, please be patient and you will be served in the order your request was received.
