The Biggest Winner Club

The Biggest Winner Club is an on-going program that occurs every Wednesday night at 7:15pm in the Kerby Hall lobby. Residents discuss their current food habits, keep a food journal and also record their weight throughout the semester. Participants also do various work out DVDs together on the lobby televisions. The workout
DVDs to accommodate different fitness levels. Examples: Yoga, Pilates, Insanity DVDs, Couch to 5K.
Each participant will receive 1 PAW Point for each night they attend.
