The Biggest Winner Club

The Biggest Winner Club is a program designed to help residents will learn effective ways to exercise, monitor their body mass index, and discuss healthier food choices through ongoing programs throughout the school year. Residents will discuss their current food habits and talk about better options, keeping a food journal and do various work out DVDs together on the lobby televisions. We will change DVDs to accommodate different fitness levels. Examples: Yoga, Pilates, Insanity DVDs, Couch to 5K. Workouts and meetings will be held at Kerby Hall. The one hour workout sessions will be begin at 8:00am on the week nights and 10:00am on the weekends.
