The Housing Lottery system is designed to give priority room selection to returning residents who have completed their Fall course registration and Financial Aid process for the upcoming academic year.

All residents must maintain a minimum 2.0 GPA and be in good academic, disciplinary, and financial standing to live in campus housing and to participate in the housing lottery.

To enter the Housing Lottery process, residents will need to complete the Housing Intent Form which will be sent out on Tuesday, March 19th and is due on Tuesday, March 26th. Students who do not submit the Intent Form before the deadline will forfeit their guarantee of priority placement for the 2024-2025 school year.

Residents will receive a lottery number AFTER the requirements listed below are completed:

  1. Register as a Full-Time student
  2. Obtain Conditional Approval from Enrollment Services
  3. Complete Returning Resident Housing Intent Form

Please be advised that room placements are contingent upon residents acquiring FINAL Clearance from Enrollment Services no later than Monday, July 1st. Failure to secure final clearance by the specified deadline will result in forfeiture of the initially selected room.
