Alumnae/i Relations | Reunion 2016 Schedule

Friday, June 3

11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Registration and Hospitality, Rose Parlor
Registration Fee: $15 – fee will be waived until May 6th
Online Registration: CLOSED
Tickets purchased will include a modest service fee.
12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. Box Lunches Available, O’Connor Auditorium, pay on-site.
1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Trinity Open House. Visit the Admissions Office (Main 160), to meet our staff and learn about exciting new programs for Trinity.
 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Tours of the Trinity Academic Center. Explore the state-of-the art building with expansive classrooms and lab spaces, celebrating an interdisciplinary approach to education, bringing sciences and social sciences together with arts and humanities and professional education to enhance faculty and student creative collaboration and instructional opportunities across disciplines.  
1:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Learning and Collaboration in the new Trinity Academic Center
Attend interactive presentations and demonstrations with faculty and students as they talk about the dynamic learning and research opportunities in the state-of-the-art labs and flexible classrooms.
Topics will include demonstrations in the nursing and health professions labs, STEM success and student projects, Election 2016 discussions; Trinity’s response to Pope Francis’ Laudato Si, and student engagement (including Cunneen Fellows and community service trip to Selma). Full Schedule
 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Conversation and Celebration on the Plaza! Enjoy and outdoor reception in front of the beautiful new Trinity Academic Center.
6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Welcome to Reunion! Festive dinner in Social Hall. Cost is $35.00 per person.
Shuttle Schedule Trinity Shuttle will pick up people from the Washington Court Hotel.

Saturday, June 4

8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Registration and Hospitality, Rose Parlor.  Registration will close at 11:00 a.m. and move to the Trinity Center and reopen at 12:00 p.m.
10:00 a.m. Reception and Tours, Main Lawn. Enjoy coffee and conversation and tours of the new Trinity Academic Center!
11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Dedication of the Trinity Academic Center, Plaza of the Academic Center
12:30 p.m. Reunion Luncheon, Trinity Center. Alumnae will be seated by class for this festive luncheon.  The Class of 1966 will be presented with their 50th Reunion gold medals.  Class photos for the classes of 1951 through 2011 will be taken during the luncheon.  Cost is $35 per person.
2:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Class Meetings (Locations to be Announced)
3:00 p.m. to 3:45 p.m. Alumnae Association General Membership Meeting, Rose Parlor. Meet the Board members and learn more about alumnae events and programs.
4:00 p.m. Reunion Liturgy, Notre Dame Chapel
5:00 p.m. President’s ReceptionFront Lawn of Chapel. Class Photos:  Classes of 1961 and prior.
6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. President’s Dinner, Social Hall. The classes of 1961 and prior are the President’s guests for this elegant on-campus gathering.
 7:00 p.m.  Class Parties, Various off-campus locations. Visit for more information.

 Sunday, June 5

9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Farewell Sunday Brunch, Alumnae Hall.  One last chance for goodbyes…until next time! Cost is $15 per person.
