Estefani D. Rondon

As a Trinity alumna, Estefani had the opportunity to play college sports, study abroad in Brazil and be an active student leader through Student Government and Student Clubs. Prior to Admissions, she developed a career in non-profit fundraising and inplementing leadership curriculum for Latino students in the D.C. area. She is originally from Peru but has grown up in Montgomery County. When she is not working towards recruiting the next group of future Trinity women leaders, she can be found volunteering with D.C. youth, training for marathons, cycling through DC, or snowboarding.

Brittney J. Stephenson
Assistant Director of Admissions

M.Ed. (Higher Education Administration and Policy)- University of California, Riverside
Brittney is a new resident of DC, originally from Southern California. As an undergraduate student she had the opportunity to study abroad in Brazil and the South of France for a full-academic year. Prior to her working at Trinity, she was enrolled as a full-time graduate student at the University of California, Riverside. Her area of interest and focus is in higher education administration and policy, where she hopes to make an impact in helping student’s access post-secondary education. Brittney is also a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated. In her spare time you can find her traveling the globe, or looking for her next destination.

Tawanna Terry

Tawanna is a proud native Washingtonian. She has over 6 years of experience working with higher education and non-profit organizations. She has always had a passion for assisting people in obtaining their dreams to attend college or learning new life skills. Being a first generation college student in the DC area, she has worked closely with various programs such as the Hoop Dreams Scholarship Fund and the Leadership Transformation Club. Prior to working for Trinity, she was an Admissions Officer for Strayer University where she assisted non-traditional students in seeking their goal of obtaining a college degree.

Reina Arevalo
Admissions Counselor
B.A. (Economics), Trinity College of Arts and Sciences
As a Trinity alumna, Reina was a recipient of the HI/SCIP, and the Student Worker Program at Trinity. Prior to Trinity, she was an Office Manager at Cesar Chavez Public Charter School for Public Policy, where she supported staff and personnel, on an administrative side. Her passion has been to help people, by making a difference in her community, reaching one person at a time. She is originally from El Salvador, but has lived in Washington D.C., all her life. She is also fluent in Spanish. In her spare time she enjoys a good book and volunteering at her church, The Bridge DC.

Simone Charles
Transfer Assistant Director
B.A.( Marketing Management) University of Memphis
MBA candidate (Sustaniability Management) Argosy University
As the daughter of a first generation college graduate, Simone learned early on the importance of an education. Throughout the years Simone has worked with kids of all ages in various capacities- from teaching Iraqi Refugee children in Turkey to read English, to doing ABA therapy with autistic children in Tennesse. Her love of education and helping others help themselves led to her career in the world of higher education. Prior to working at Trinity she was an Associate Director of Admissions at the Art Institute of Washington, where she helped students on the path of achieving their goals in the creative arts. When she’s not helping women start the next chapter of their life here at Trinity, Simone can be found at the movies, reading a good book or spending time with family
