Academic Support

Trinity supports its students with academic assistance that goes far beyond the classroom. Small class sizes mean that faculty members are able to spend one-on-one time with their students, in the classroom and during scheduled office hours. At Trinity, you are never a number; your professors are invested in your academic success.

Need a little extra help? People learn in different ways and at different speeds, and the university is dedicated to providing you with the help you need through the Academic Services Center, which offers free tutoring, study skills assistance, and computer and video-based test preparation.

Free Tutoring

Because the Academic Services Center provides one-to-one tutoring instruction, we can respond to your individual learning needs quickly and flexibly.

Tutors are undergraduate students who excel in academics.  They are trained and directed by full-time professional staff and attend training meetings to remain current in tutoring techniques.

Writing Center

The Writing Center helps students with their writing skills for a variety of purposes, including:

• Writing an essay for class
• Finding sources for a research project
• Using APA or MLA citation styles
• Creating a cover letter or resume
