New Student Orientation

Welcome!

The School of Professional Studies (SPS) is excited to play a part in creating your future.

New Student Orientation is required for all new graduate and undergraduate students. You must attend an orientation online or on-campus. On-campus orientations are offered two times per year – Fall and Spring. Dates are posted each year on the SPS website and in the Academic Calendar.

This Online New Student Orientation is designed to meet the needs of our students. It should take about 20 minutes to complete. Whether you are entering college for the first time or returning to complete your academic and career goals, we want to make your transition to Trinity as seamless as possible. We are aware of your busy lives and time constraints and we want to provide important information in the most convenient way.

The purpose of Online New Student Orientation is to:

• Make you familiar with the University and the School of Professional Studies
• Learn important strategies that get you off to a good start
• Learn where to find assistance when you need it
• Discover how to avoid potential problems

Students in the School of Professional Studies take an active part in planning, developing and completing their educational goals.
