Embedding teacherTube and youtube video into online courses
1. Go to YouTube and find the video you wish to embed.
2. Copy the code which is in the Embed field to the right of the video window in Youtube. The easiest way to do this is to right click in the field and click on select all, then right click again and select copy.
3. Now go into your Moodle course.
4. Turn editing on.
5. From an Add a resource drop down menu choose Insert a Label
6. Enter a name for the video at the top.
7. Then click on Toggle HTML source button on the toolbar (the < > icon) This will take you into HTML mode.
8. Paste the code you have previously copied from Youtube into this box, then click on save and return to course.Audio
1. Firstly upload your audio file into Moodle as follows:
PowerPoint in The Classroom
2. Go into your Moodle course
3. Click on Files in the Administration menu
4. Click on Upload a file.
5. Click on Browse.
6. You will see a File upload window where you can locate the file you wish to upload.
7. Select the file and click on Open.
8. Click on Upload this file.
9. Once the file has been uploaded into Moodle right click on the file name, and copy the link.
10. Now create a link to this file on your course page:
11. Turn editing on.
12. From an Add a resource drop down menu choose Insert a Label
13. Enter a name for the audio at the top.
14. Highlight the name and then click on the insert web link button on the toolbar .
15. Paste the link you have copied into the URL field.
16. Click on OK
Click on Save and return to course.
