FacultyJohn Volpe, Assistant Professor of Economics (Program Director) DescriptionThe Graduate Certificate in Public and Community Health develops the knowledge and skills that health practitioners need to address current health issues and to advance their careers in government organizations, family and community service associations, and other health and human service organizations. Students who complete the 18-credit program are awarded a Graduate Certificate in Public and Community Health. Courses are offered in conjunction with the Graduate Program in Organizational Management, and courses taken as part of this certificate program may typically be applied fully toward the degree requirements for the M.S.A. in Organizational Management with a concentration in Public and Community Health.
