Teacher Education: Teacher Certification Options
The School of Education offers accelerated and advanced programs at
the graduate level providing course work that meets state requirements
for certain types of certification.
Accelerated Certification Program (ACP)
B.A./M.A.T. Degree Program
M.A.T. Degree Program
In addition to course work in education, course work at the
undergraduate level may be required for licensure (see Teacher
Certification Requirements).
The School of Education does not issue teaching credentials. When
certificates are awarded for the completion of these programs (where
applicable), they should not be confused with teaching licenses.
