Description

The Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management (HRM) prepares individuals to assume or advance in human resource positions in business, industry, government, and nonprofit organizations. Students who complete the 18-credit program are awarded a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management. Courses are offered in conjunction with the Graduate Program in Organizational Management, and courses taken as part of this certificate program may typically be applied fully toward the degree requirements for the M.S.A. in Organizational Management with a concentration in Human Resource Management.

Graduate students may not take courses on a Pass/No Pass basis; courses taken Pass/No Pass do not fulfill certificate requirements.
