Minutes of the 22 November 2005 Meeting

Present at the meeting were Dr. Susan Farnsworth, Dr. Sharon Shafer, Dr. Bob Redmond, Dr. Mary Lynn Rampolla, Dr. Roberta Goldberg, and Dr. Minerva San Juan.

Dr. Farnsworth opened the meeting at 12 Noon. The membership was immediately informed that all the items requested to complete the candidates’ portfolios had been received.

The minutes from the 1 November 2005 meeting were read and approved.

The committee will next meet on 6 December 2005. The deans of CAS and SPS, as well as the Vice-President of Academic Affairs, have been invited to attend. The committee discussed questions of procedure and information with regard to their visit.

Two candidates were presented for review. The committee discussed each portfolio in detail.

The meeting was adjourned at 1:20PM.
