Professional Development

Trinity supports the professional development efforts of our employees. The Trinity Institute, established by the Office of Human Resources, offers training opportunities that help promote professional and personal development. Whether you are seeking to learn about preventing workplace harassment or how to communicate while maintaining cultural awareness, the Trinity Institute provides employees with the basic essentials to thrive in the workplace.

Visit the Trinity Institute to learn more about the program and see upcoming sessions.

Required Adjunct Training

Adjuncts are  required to attend the Preventing Harassment and Other HR Essentials and the Back to Campus United Educators training at the beginning of each academic year. This workshop is offered to part-time faculty at adjunct orientation and during the course of the year. For more details, please contact Tracey Prince.

Recorded versions of the Navigating Moodle Workshop for New Faculty and How To Use Starfish Trainings are also on the Resources for Faculty Page. These are required viewing for new faculty – and we strongly recommended that our veteran adjuncts also review them!
